All orders over £20 are delivered to UK mainland addresses FREE of charge by Royal Mail Second Class post. Orders of £19.99 or less will be charged £2.95 for Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, unless upgraded as follows:

UK Next Day Delivery £6.95*
Saturday Delivery £10.95**
*Available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Next day delivery orders received on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday. Please note: this service does not include Bank Holidays.

The Zone Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days** for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return.
** Extended Returns Period We have extended our usual 30 day exchange/refund period to 60 days for all orders purchased after 01.03.20 due to the current Covid-19 situation. The Zone's usual terms apply with regards to all items being unworn and in re-saleable condition.
Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Returns from the USA: Should you wish to return any item, please ensure all returned parcels are clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on both the customs label and the customs declaration form. Unfortunately we will be unable to process returns where this information has been omitted.
