All orders over £40 are delivered to UK mainland addresses FREE of charge by Royal Mail Second Class post. Orders of £39.99 or less will be charged £2.95 for Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, unless upgraded as follows:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days** for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return.
Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Returns from the USA: Should you wish to return any item, please ensure all returned parcels are clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on both the customs label and the customs declaration form. Unfortunately we will be unable to process returns where this information has been omitted.
