All orders are delivered to UK mainland addresses FREE of charge by Royal Mail Second Class post. Upgrades are available as follows

UK Next Day Delivery   £6.95*

Saturday Delivery         £10.95**

*Available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Next day delivery orders received on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday. Please note: this service does not include Bank Holidays.

The Zone Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return.

** Extended Christmas Returns ** 

Christmas gifts bought from the 1st November onward may be returned for an exchange or refund until 15th January 2018.

Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. 

Returns from the USA: Should you wish to return any item, please ensure all returned parcels are clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on both the customs label and the customs declaration form. Unfortunately we will be unable to process returns where this information has been omitted.
